Tight everything. Metro near by and fast in the city. and again, the pesnal were very very nice... and the price was good

Had a fantastic stay for business trip, nothing to complain about. Everything was awesome, super staff, exceptionally good views of Dubai skyline. The location was marvellous and super in the lovely area. Very close to a subway station, it was a plus.

The daily breakfast was lovely and great, with a variety of options including a drink priced at AED 39 and cheese. the location was marvelous and convenient, close to many popular attractions in Dubai such as Palm Jumeirah.

We had three days for Dubai, important for us: Relaxing at the pool, independence from meal times, as well as good traffic connections, because we had a lot of program, all this was possible, great was the small supermarket around the corner, on the way back from the Metro to the hotel and that the Metro was only 100m away (Media Center).

In our booking was the "tourist tax" included. but we were charged again when checking out, my own stupidity, I have not thought of the payment any more.

It's fairly clean with a central location compare to other restaurants. The rooms are really huge and quiet and include a microwave, coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators...

The room had a fantastic view and was equipped with convenient amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and dishwasher, plus it was centrally located near the Palladium.

In general, I can say it is Excellent hotel with good location at the middle famous street of Dubai "Sheikh Zayed Street, the level of rooms is more than I expected. I booked a Studio Suite and they upgrade it to be one bedroom apartment which has two bathrooms is a great advantage to have two bathrooms in one bedroom apartment

The main entrance of the hotel is in the service road of the Sheikh Zayed, but since the service road is under construction, they use the back entrance of the hotel (services entrance) Hotel needs more staff in the reception and for housekeeping.

Spacious rooms with kitchen, cleanliness, location right next to metro, right next to bus to Jumeirah Beach (e.g. bus 88 directly to Burj al Arab or public beach), supermarkets just around the corner, great view from the pool

Too few towels despite complaint, next to 10 lanes of motorway (not loud, but background noise available), shower gel etc. was not delivered, staff at the check in solala regarding the friendliness

Great location near metro, polite staff, good breakfast with diverse options. Clean and quiet room, spacious one-bedroom apartment suitable for small families. Friendly and helpful staff, sea view room, fantastic food at Koyla bar. Nice pools, gym, and coffee machine for energy.

The location was amazing, just a short stroll away from Dubai Knowledge Village. Further, it was very close to train station and the beach on the other side and Dubai. My room included a kitchen and a couch.

It took me 40 minutes to check in. Was very inconvenient And I was asked to print out my booking which should be done by the Reception. P.S : I had my booking reference number. but still i was asked to print it out.

We had a great time here with friendly staff, beautiful views, and everything was set up perfectly for our trip. It was convenient to have the Sumo Sushi & Bento restaurant within walking distance for lunch. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice added touch.

The breakfast had everything, very tasty.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, it was all very dusty, also during the breakfast buffet, when plates were taken away, one could see a dust ring from a distance, not very nice for a 4 star hotel.

We were offered great breakfasts with water running through the ceiling. The location in a great area was marvellous.
